このプライバシーポリシーは、iOS アプリ「読みあげノート」（英名: TTSReader、以下「本アプリ」）における 個人情報およびユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明するものです。

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS app "Yomiage Note" (a.k.a. TTSReader, hereinafter "the App") handles user data and personal information.

要約: 本アプリ自体はユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。広告 ID・端末識別子・解析 SDK を一切使用しません。 ユーザーが「AI 読み上げ」を有効化した場合のみ、文書本文が AI 読み上げプロバイダに送信されます。 v1.0 では送信経路が 2 種類あります:
Summary: The App does not collect personal information by itself, and does not use advertising IDs, device identifiers, or analytics SDKs. Document text is sent to an AI TTS provider only when the user explicitly enables "AI Read-Aloud". As of v1.0, two delivery paths exist: BYO Key (direct HTTPS to OpenAI / Azure / Google / ElevenLabs / Speechify using your own key) and Premium Plus (Managed Plan, new in v1.0) via developer-operated Cloudflare Workers (managed-tts.tts-reader.workers.dev) that proxies to Speechify. ユーザーが取り込んだ文書（PDF / TXT / EPUB / DOCX / Web 記事）、訂正辞書、再生設定、ブックマーク、 プレイリスト等は、すべてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。これらは「収集」ではなく、ユーザー自身が 端末上およびユーザーの iCloud 領域に保管するデータです。

The developer does not collect personally identifying information, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers (IDFA), device IDs, analytics, browsing history, or purchase history. Documents, dictionaries, and settings that the user creates are stored only on the user's device (and optionally in the user's own iCloud) and are not sent to the developer.

2. AI 読み上げプロバイダへの本文送信 / Sending Text to AI Providers

本アプリの「AI 読み上げ」機能を使用した場合に限り、再生対象の文書本文（チャンク単位）が、 ユーザーが選択した第三者 AI TTS プロバイダのサーバーへ送信されます。送信は次の条件で行われます:

送信された本文の保存期間、ログ取得、モデル学習への利用可否などは、各プロバイダのプライバシーポリシーと 利用規約に従います。送信内容の取り扱いについては、各社のプライバシーポリシーを必ずご確認ください。 本アプリの開発者は、各プロバイダのサーバー上でのデータ取り扱いを管理することはできません。

AI 読み上げを使用しない場合（Apple 純正の AVSpeechSynthesizer による読み上げのみを使用する場合）、 本文が外部に送信されることはなく、すべての処理が端末内で完結します。

When you enable "AI Read-Aloud", the text of the document you are playing is transmitted to a third-party AI TTS provider (OpenAI, Azure, Google, ElevenLabs, or Speechify) that you have selected. Transmission occurs only after you accept the in-app consent dialog and configure your own API key. The retention, logging, and model-training policies for the transmitted text are governed by each provider's own privacy policy, which you should review. If you do not use AI Read-Aloud, all processing happens on-device with Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer.

API keys entered by the user are stored in the iOS Keychain on the device only. iCloud Keychain sync is explicitly disabled. The developer never receives your API keys. You can delete them at any time from the Settings screen.

4. SwiftData によるドキュメント保存 / Local Storage

取り込んだ文書、訂正辞書、ブックマーク、プレイリスト、再生設定などのアプリ内データは、Apple の SwiftData を使用して端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリの開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスできません。

本アプリはデータを端末ローカルにのみ保存し、CloudKit 等による端末間同期は行いません。 今後クラウド同期を導入する場合は、ユーザー自身の iCloud プライベートデータベースのみを使用し本アプリの開発者がアクセスできない設計とし、事前に本ポリシーを改訂のうえユーザーへ告知します。

Documents, dictionaries, bookmarks, playlists, and settings are stored locally with SwiftData on the device only. The app does NOT provide CloudKit cross-device sync; all data is stored locally only. If cloud sync is introduced in the future, it will use the user's private iCloud database (not accessible by the developer), and this policy will be revised with prior notice.

4.5 iOS Spotlight 検索インデックス / iOS Spotlight Search Index

The app integrates with iOS Spotlight Search so that imported documents can be discovered and opened directly from system-wide search. The following data is stored in the device's local Spotlight index:

This data is stored locally only and not synced to iCloud (Apple's CSSearchableIndex is a local attribute). Deleting a document automatically removes it from the Spotlight index.

The Spotlight index can be turned off in user settings: go to in-app Settings > "Apple OS Integration" > "Enable Spotlight Search" toggle. Disabling immediately removes the existing index, and no further imports will be indexed.

本アプリは独自のクラッシュレポート収集機能・解析 SDK（Firebase Analytics、Crashlytics、Sentry 等）を 一切組み込んでいません。

iOS の「設定」> プライバシーとセキュリティ > 解析と改善 > App デベロッパと共有 が有効になっている場合、 Apple 標準のメカニズムによりクラッシュ情報が Apple 経由で開発者に共有されることがあります。これは Apple が 匿名化処理を行ったうえで提供するもので、iOS のシステム設定からいつでもオプトアウトできます。

The App does not embed any third-party crash reporting or analytics SDKs. Crash reports may be shared with the developer only via Apple's standard "Share with App Developers" mechanism, which Apple anonymizes and which users can opt out of in iOS system settings.

6. 第三者への提供 / Sharing with Third Parties

本アプリの開発者は、ユーザーのデータを第三者へ販売・提供・共有することはありません。

第 2 章で説明した AI 読み上げプロバイダへの本文送信は、ユーザー自身の選択と同意に基づくものであり、 開発者を経由せず、ユーザーの端末から直接プロバイダのサーバーへ送信されます。

The developer does not sell, share, or transfer user data to any third party. Transmission to AI TTS providers (Section 2) occurs directly from the user's device under the user's explicit consent and using the user's own API key; it does not pass through the developer's servers.

This policy explains how the iOS app "Kikigaki" (the "App") handles data.

Summary:

The following is stored only on your device and is not sent anywhere unless you enable iCloud sync: recordings (audio, date, length), transcripts (sentences, speaker labels, timestamps), notes (summaries and your edits), your dictionary, and settings. Deleting the App deletes this data from the device.

本ポリシーは、iOS アプリ「Focus Cocoon」（以下「本アプリ」）における データの取り扱いを説明するものです。

要約: 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。集中の記録・獲得したアイテム・部屋の配置・設定は、すべて端末の中に保存されます。 ただし AI 機能（週のまとめの作成、写真からの部屋づくり、相棒づくり）を利用者が明示的に実行したときに限り、その内容が開発者の中継サーバーを経由して外部の AI サービスへ送信されます（第 6 章）。 AI 機能を使わなければ、外部との通信は Apple の App Store（購入と購入状況の確認）に限られます。 位置情報・マイク・連絡先は使用しません。カメラは、プロフィールアイコンを撮るとき、または「写真から部屋を作る」で撮るときにだけ、撮る直前に許可を求めて使います。写真は、利用者がプロフィールアイコンを写真から作るとき、または「写真から部屋を作る」を選んだときにだけ、利用者が選んだ 1 枚を読み取ります。プロフィールアイコンの写真は端末の中で処理し、送信しません。

季節のイベントは、利用者が設定で選んだ地域（初期値は端末の地域設定）と端末の日付から判定します。位置情報は取得しません。

4. 通知

集中セッション完了のお知らせのために、利用者が許可した場合にのみローカル通知（端末内で予約する通知）を使います。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用しません。

本アプリには有料プラン「Focus Cocoon Premium」（月額・年額のサブスクリプション）があります。

6. AI 機能と外部送信

本アプリには、利用者が明示的に実行したときにだけ動く AI 機能があります。 自動では一切送信しません。いずれも、実行前に「何が外部に送られるか」を画面で示します。

いずれの場合も、集中の記録・アイテム・部屋の配置・端末の識別子・連絡先は送信しません。

6-2. どこへ送られるか

送信先は、開発者が運用する中継サーバー（Cloudflare Workers 上。focus-cocoon-ai.hironapo.workers.dev）です。 中継サーバーは、Apple の購入証明を検証して有効な購読者であることを確認したうえで、内容を外部の AI サービス （OpenRouter 経由の大規模言語モデル・画像生成モデル）へ転送します。 API キーをアプリに埋め込まないための構成であり、中継サーバーを挟む以外の目的で内容を利用することはありません。

Focus Cocoon Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains how the iOS app "Focus Cocoon" (the "App") handles data.

Summary: The App does not require an account. Your focus records, collected items, room layouts and settings are all stored on your device. However, only when you explicitly run an AI feature (creating a weekly summary, creating a room from a photo, or creating a companion), the relevant content is sent to an external AI service through a relay server operated by the developer (Section 6). If you do not use the AI features, the App communicates only with Apple's App Store (purchases and checking purchase status). The App does not use location, the microphone or your contacts. It uses the camera only when you take a profile icon photo or take a photo in "Create Room from Photo", and asks for permission right before. It reads a photo only when you make a profile icon from a photo or choose "Create Room from Photo", and then only the one photo you select. Profile icon photos are processed on your device and are never sent.

1. Data stored on your device

This data is stored on your device using iOS SwiftData / UserDefaults. The widget and Live Activity share values with the main app through an App Group on the same device (group.jp.matuhiro.focuscocoon).

2. Usage logging (on device only)

To help improve the App, it records the type and time of actions such as "started a focus session", "completed a session", "collected an item" and "created a weekly summary" in a file on your device. This log is never sent off your device. It does not contain email addresses, location, the text of your study notes, what was sent to the AI, what the AI returned, or photos (only success or failure and the time taken are recorded). You can stop or erase this log at any time under Settings > Privacy in the App.

3. Region and seasonal events

Seasonal events are determined from the region you select in Settings (by default, your device's region setting) and the device's date. The App does not obtain your location.

4. Notifications

If you allow it, the App uses local notifications (scheduled on your device) to tell you when a focus session is complete. No push-notification server is used.

5. Purchases

The App offers a paid plan, "Focus Cocoon Premium" (monthly and yearly subscriptions).

6. AI features and data sent externally

The App has AI features that run only when you explicitly start them. Nothing is ever sent automatically. Before each feature runs, the App shows on screen what will be sent externally.

In every case, your focus records, items, room layouts, device identifiers and contacts are not sent.

6-2. Where it is sent

Content is sent to a relay server operated by the developer (on Cloudflare Workers: focus-cocoon-ai.hironapo.workers.dev). The relay server verifies Apple's proof of purchase to confirm you are an active subscriber, then forwards the content to external AI services (large language models and image generation models via OpenRouter). This setup exists so that no API keys are embedded in the App; the content is not used for any purpose other than relaying it.

Please do not include other people's personal information or confidential information in your study notes or companion descriptions. When using Create Room from Photo, we recommend choosing a photo with no people in it (the App also warns you before sending if it detects a face).

We never sell the information we obtain to third parties. Only for the AI features in Section 6, content is forwarded to external AI services to the extent necessary to provide the feature (it is not stored or used for training).

9. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your rights

Because the App's data is stored on your device, deleting the App erases all your focus records, study notes and the rooms and companions you created. You can also erase the usage log under Settings > Privacy > Clear recorded data. You can revoke notification permission at any time in the device's Settings.

Because the relay server does not store the content you send, there is nothing to request deletion of. This month's usage count (linked to the hashed purchase identifier) is reset automatically the following month. If you would like it erased sooner, please contact us at the address in Section 12.

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the App.

5. 購入

「CoffeeTimer Pro」の購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、支払い情報は Apple が取り扱います。開発者は支払い情報や Apple ID を受け取りません。購入の確認は端末内で StoreKit により行います。

Summary: CoffeeTimer requires no account. Camera frames, photos, brew records and bean information are processed and stored only on your device; nothing is sent to the developer or any third party. The app contains no ads, analytics or tracking. The developer does not receive information that identifies you.

Brew records (method, dose, water, time, ratings, notes, attached photos), bean information (name, roaster, origin, roast level, roast date, remaining weight, bag photo), favorite recipes and settings (ratios, water temperature, voice, preferred trivia topics, trivia history) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the app.

4. Voice guide

Japanese voice guidance plays recordings bundled with the app (VOICEVOX:Shikoku Metan, VOICEVOX:Zundamon, VOICEVOX:Kasukabe Tsumugi) without any network access. English uses iOS text-to-speech.

5. Purchases

CoffeeTimer Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store; Apple handles payment information. The developer never receives your payment details or Apple ID. Purchases are verified on your device with StoreKit.
