このプライバシーポリシーは、iOS アプリ「読みあげノート」（英名: TTSReader、以下「本アプリ」）における 個人情報およびユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明するものです。
This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS app "Yomiage Note" (a.k.a. TTSReader, hereinafter "the App") handles user data and personal information.
managed-tts.tts-reader.workers.dev) が proxy として Speechify に転送。Worker 側では文書本文を保存せず、リクエスト完了時点で破棄しますmanaged-tts.tts-reader.workers.dev) that proxies to Speechify. The Worker does not retain
document text — it is discarded as soon as the request completes.
本アプリの開発者は、以下のいずれの情報も収集しません:
ユーザーが取り込んだ文書（PDF / TXT / EPUB / DOCX / Web 記事）、訂正辞書、再生設定、ブックマーク、 プレイリスト等は、すべてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。これらは「収集」ではなく、ユーザー自身が 端末上およびユーザーの iCloud 領域に保管するデータです。
The developer does not collect personally identifying information, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers (IDFA), device IDs, analytics, browsing history, or purchase history. Documents, dictionaries, and settings that the user creates are stored only on the user's device (and optionally in the user's own iCloud) and are not sent to the developer.
本アプリの「AI 読み上げ」機能を使用した場合に限り、再生対象の文書本文（チャンク単位）が、 ユーザーが選択した第三者 AI TTS プロバイダのサーバーへ送信されます。送信は次の条件で行われます:

送信された本文の保存期間、ログ取得、モデル学習への利用可否などは、各プロバイダのプライバシーポリシーと 利用規約に従います。送信内容の取り扱いについては、各社のプライバシーポリシーを必ずご確認ください。 本アプリの開発者は、各プロバイダのサーバー上でのデータ取り扱いを管理することはできません。
AI 読み上げを使用しない場合（Apple 純正の AVSpeechSynthesizer による読み上げのみを使用する場合）、 本文が外部に送信されることはなく、すべての処理が端末内で完結します。
When you enable "AI Read-Aloud", the text of the document you are playing is transmitted to a third-party AI TTS provider (OpenAI, Azure, Google, ElevenLabs, or Speechify) that you have selected. Transmission occurs only after you accept the in-app consent dialog and configure your own API key. The retention, logging, and model-training policies for the transmitted text are governed by each provider's own privacy policy, which you should review. If you do not use AI Read-Aloud, all processing happens on-device with Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer.
ユーザーが入力した各プロバイダの API キーは、iOS の Keychain（端末内の安全な保存領域）に保存されます。
API keys entered by the user are stored in the iOS Keychain on the device only. iCloud Keychain sync is explicitly disabled. The developer never receives your API keys. You can delete them at any time from the Settings screen.
取り込んだ文書、訂正辞書、ブックマーク、プレイリスト、再生設定などのアプリ内データは、Apple の SwiftData を使用して端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリの開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスできません。
本アプリはデータを端末ローカルにのみ保存し、CloudKit 等による端末間同期は行いません。 今後クラウド同期を導入する場合は、ユーザー自身の iCloud プライベートデータベースのみを使用し本アプリの開発者がアクセスできない設計とし、事前に本ポリシーを改訂のうえユーザーへ告知します。
Documents, dictionaries, bookmarks, playlists, and settings are stored locally with SwiftData on the device only. The app does NOT provide CloudKit cross-device sync; all data is stored locally only. If cloud sync is introduced in the future, it will use the user's private iCloud database (not accessible by the developer), and this policy will be revised with prior notice.

The app integrates with iOS Spotlight Search so that imported documents can be discovered and opened directly from system-wide search. The following data is stored in the device's local Spotlight index:

This data is stored locally only and not synced to iCloud (Apple's CSSearchableIndex is a local attribute).
Deleting a document automatically removes it from the Spotlight index.
The Spotlight index can be turned off in user settings: go to in-app Settings > "Apple OS Integration" > "Enable Spotlight Search" toggle. Disabling immediately removes the existing index, and no further imports will be indexed.

本アプリは独自のクラッシュレポート収集機能・解析 SDK（Firebase Analytics、Crashlytics、Sentry 等）を 一切組み込んでいません。
iOS の「設定」> プライバシーとセキュリティ > 解析と改善 > App デベロッパと共有 が有効になっている場合、 Apple 標準のメカニズムによりクラッシュ情報が Apple 経由で開発者に共有されることがあります。これは Apple が 匿名化処理を行ったうえで提供するもので、iOS のシステム設定からいつでもオプトアウトできます。
The App does not embed any third-party crash reporting or analytics SDKs. Crash reports may be shared with the developer only via Apple's standard "Share with App Developers" mechanism, which Apple anonymizes and which users can opt out of in iOS system settings.
本アプリの開発者は、ユーザーのデータを第三者へ販売・提供・共有することはありません。
第 2 章で説明した AI 読み上げプロバイダへの本文送信は、ユーザー自身の選択と同意に基づくものであり、 開発者を経由せず、ユーザーの端末から直接プロバイダのサーバーへ送信されます。
The developer does not sell, share, or transfer user data to any third party. Transmission to AI TTS providers (Section 2) occurs directly from the user's device under the user's explicit consent and using the user's own API key; it does not pass through the developer's servers.
本アプリは以下のいずれの識別子も使用しません:
このため、App Tracking Transparency (ATT) のトラッキング許可ダイアログは表示されません。
The App does not use IDFA, IDFV, device fingerprinting, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking SDKs. The ATT tracking permission prompt is therefore not shown.
