本プライバシーポリシーは、iOS アプリ「速攻で訳す」(ホーム画面名「そくやく」、以下「本アプリ」) における
利用者のデータの取り扱いを説明するものです。
This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS app "速攻で訳す" (shown on the Home Screen as "Sokuyaku", hereinafter "the App")
handles user data.
要約:
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、広告 ID・端末識別子・解析 SDK を使用しません。
音声の聞き取り (音声認識)・4 か国語への翻訳・発音は、すべて端末の中で行い、音声は外部に送信しません。
訳したフレーズは端末の中にだけ保存されます。
外部に送るのは、利用者が「くわしく」(解説カード) を使うとき、および夜の「おはなし」を端末内で作れないときの

中継サーバーは送られた文も生成結果も保存しません。
Summary:
The App requires no account and uses no advertising IDs, device identifiers, or analytics SDKs.
Speech recognition, translation into four languages, and pronunciation all run on your device; audio never leaves it.
Your saved phrases are stored only on your device.
The only data sent externally is the Japanese sentence and its translations (text only), when you tap "Explain"
or when tonight's story cannot be generated on the device. It goes to an AI provider through a relay server operated by the developer
(Cloudflare Workers). The relay stores neither the text you send nor the generated result.
1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. There is no account registration.

2. マイク・音声認識・翻訳・発音 (すべて端末内) / Microphone, Speech Recognition, Translation and Speech (all on device)
- マイクは、利用者が録音ボタンを押したとき (設定で「起動したらすぐ録音」をオンにしている場合はアプリを開いたとき) に使用します。話し終わると自動で止まります。
- 音声認識は iOS の端末内モデル (SpeechAnalyzer) で行い、音声は Apple にも開発者にも送信しません。
- 翻訳は iOS の翻訳機能 (Translation フレームワーク) で行います。初回に言語データを Apple から端末にダウンロードした後は、通信なしで端末内で動作します。
- 発音は iOS の音声合成 (AVSpeechSynthesizer) で端末内で行います。
- The microphone is used when you press the record button (or when you open the App, if "Record on launch" is on in Settings). Recording stops automatically when you finish speaking.
- Speech recognition uses the on-device model in iOS (SpeechAnalyzer). Audio is never sent to Apple or to the developer.
- Translation uses the iOS Translation framework. After the language data is downloaded from Apple once, it works on the device without a network connection.
- Pronunciation uses iOS speech synthesis (AVSpeechSynthesizer) on the device.
3. AI プロバイダへのテキスト送信 / Sending Text to AI Providers
次の 2 つの機能では、日本語の文と訳文 (テキストのみ) を、開発者が運用する中継サーバー (Cloudflare Workers) を経由して AI プロバイダ (OpenRouter を通じた Anthropic のモデル) に送ります。音声・録音・端末の識別子・氏名などは送りません。
The following two features send the Japanese sentence and its translations (text only) to an AI provider (Anthropic models via OpenRouter) through a relay server operated by the developer (Cloudflare Workers). No audio, recordings, device identifiers or names are sent.
- 解説カード「くわしく」: 利用者がカードの「くわしく」を押したときだけ、その 1 文と訳文を送ります。
- 夜の「おはなし」: Apple Intelligence に対応した機種では端末の中で作り、外部には送りません。非対応の機種や端末内で作れなかったときに、その日に訳した文 (最大 12 件) を送って作ります。
- Explanation cards ("Explain"): only when you tap "Explain" on a card, that one sentence and its translation are sent.
- Tonight's story: on devices that support Apple Intelligence the story is written on the device and nothing is sent. On other devices, or when on-device generation fails, up to 12 of the day's sentences are sent to generate it.
中継サーバーは、送られた文・生成結果を保存しません。保持するのは、利用回数 (Pro は購入の取引 ID ごとの月間回数、無料は端末の App Attest 鍵 ID ごとの日次・週次回数)、追加パックの残高、および Cloudflare の仕組みによる運用ログ (IP アドレス・日時・要求した URL。短期間で自動削除) です。IP アドレスは過剰な要求を制限するためにも使いますが、個人の特定には用いません。AI プロバイダ側での取り扱いは各社のポリシー (OpenRouter、Anthropic) に従います。
The relay server does not store the text you send or the generated result. It keeps only usage counts (for Pro, monthly counts per purchase transaction ID; for free users, daily and weekly counts per the device's App Attest key ID), add-on pack balances, and operational logs kept by Cloudflare (IP address, time, requested URL; automatically deleted after a short period). IP addresses are also used to limit excessive requests, never to identify you. Handling at the AI providers follows their policies (OpenRouter, Anthropic).
4. 購入状況の確認 / Verifying Purchases
解説カード・夜の物語を使うとき、中継サーバーは利用者が Pro か無料かを次の方法で確認します。いずれもアカウント登録は不要です。
When you use Explain or Tonight's story, the relay server checks whether you are a Pro or free user as follows. Neither requires an account.
- Pro (月額・年額・買い切り) と追加パック: Apple が署名した購入の取引情報 (取引 ID・商品 ID・有効期限・購入環境) を中継サーバーに送り、Apple の署名を検証します。決済情報 (カード番号など) は Apple が扱い、開発者には渡りません。
- 無料: Apple の App Attest により「正規の本アプリからの要求であること」を検証します。このとき端末で作られた鍵の ID が中継サーバーに登録されます。鍵 ID は端末や利用者を特定する情報ではなく、無料枠の回数を数えるためだけに使います。
- Pro (monthly, yearly, lifetime) and add-on packs: the App sends Apple's signed transaction information (transaction ID, product ID, expiry, environment) to the relay, which verifies Apple's signature. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple and never reach the developer.
- Free: Apple's App Attest verifies that the request comes from a genuine copy of the App. A key ID generated on your device is registered with the relay. The key ID does not identify you or your device; it is used only to count free-tier usage.
5. 通知 / Notifications
夜の「おはなし」の通知は、端末の中で予約するローカル通知です。利用者が「よる」を初めて開いたときに許可を求めます。開発者はプッシュ通知のサーバーを運用しておらず、通知のために端末情報を送ることはありません。
The nightly story notification is a local notification scheduled on the device. Permission is requested the first time you open "Tonight". The developer operates no push-notification server and sends no device information for notifications.
6. 端末内の保存と書き出し / Local Storage and Export
- 訳したフレーズ・解説・物語・問題の回答・設定は、端末内のアプリ領域にのみ保存されます。iCloud 同期は行いません。
- 「きろく」の書き出し (テキスト / Markdown / CSV) は、利用者が共有シートで選んだ送り先にだけ渡ります。
- アプリを削除すると、これらのデータはすべて端末から消えます。
- Your phrases, explanations, stories, quiz answers and settings are stored only in the App's container on the device. There is no iCloud sync.
- Exports from the Log (text / Markdown / CSV) go only to the destination you choose in the share sheet.
- Deleting the App removes all of this data from the device.
7. 第三者への提供・広告・解析 / Sharing, Advertising and Analytics
本アプリは、第 3 章の AI プロバイダへの送信と Apple (App Store・購入の確認) 以外に、利用者のデータを第三者に提供しません。広告の表示、広告 ID の取得、アクセス解析 SDK、クラッシュレポート SDK は使用しません。
Apart from the transmission to the AI providers described in Section 3 and to Apple (App Store and purchase verification), the App shares no user data with third parties. It shows no ads and uses no advertising IDs, analytics SDKs or crash-reporting SDKs.
8. 子どものプライバシー / Children's Privacy
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. 利用者の権利 / Your Rights
- 端末内のデータは、「きろく」から個別に削除するか、アプリを削除することで消去できます。
- 中継サーバーが保持する利用回数・鍵 ID の削除を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
- マイク・通知の許可は、iOS の「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
- You can delete on-device data item by item from the Log, or by deleting the App.
- To have usage counts or the key ID held by the relay server deleted, contact us at the address below.
- Microphone and notification permissions can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
